We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, project management, and team leadership. This role involves overseeing the planning, design, and execution of complex architectural projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
- Oversee the preparation of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure adherence to design intent.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects and project team members.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among project team members, clients, and consultants.
- Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience
- Bachelor's in architecture
- Skilled in Revit
- Exposure to Municipal projects
